Attendance & Leave Policy of Kalpnath Global School
Regular attendance is an important part of a student's academic success and overall development at Kalpnath Global School. The school believes that punctuality, discipline, and consistent participation in classroom activities help students build confidence, responsibility, and strong learning habits. Therefore, all students are expected to attend school regularly and arrive on time every day.
Students must maintain a minimum attendance percentage as prescribed by the school authorities. Attendance is recorded daily, and parents are encouraged to monitor their child's regularity and punctuality. Late arrival without a valid reason may lead to disciplinary action. In case a student is absent, parents should inform the school office or class teacher as early as possible.
Leave should be taken only when absolutely necessary. For planned leave, parents must submit a written application to the Principal or class teacher in advance, clearly mentioning the reason and duration of absence. In case of illness or emergency, the leave application should be submitted immediately after the student returns to school. Medical leave for more than two consecutive days should be supported with a medical certificate from a registered doctor.
Students who remain absent without prior information or permission may not be allowed to appear in examinations or participate in important school activities. Continuous absence for a long period without notice may result in removal of the student's name from the school register.
The school encourages students and parents to understand the value of regular attendance, as every classroom lesson, activity, and interaction contributes to the student's educational growth and personality development. Through proper attendance and responsible leave management, the school maintains a disciplined and positive learning environment for all students.
